Welcome

We are a small group of karate students of Grandmaster George A. Maughan,

The initial intention behind this web site is to record our progress,

as we follow Grandmaster Maughan's online karate course,

Hopefully we can continue to demonstrate to ourselves and others that with

some disciple and organisation that it is possible to study karate from home

and make significant progress in this manner. Maybe, hopefully, this will

encourage others to do the same.

why study Karate? Karate provides a fantastic way to keep in shape, while

developing the skills to defend oneself. Patience and work is required, and

encouragement from others helps alot, hence this website.

We will be recording progress of the following belts 2nd Brown (Joshua),

Blue (Brishan) and Yellow (Shasta).
